Mary Konior Query

Through sheer stupidity, someone else has my Mary Konior Visual Tatting book just when I need to look up one of her techniques. I think it was one of her mini lessons. How to keep from twisting the last picot join on a wreath of rings and chains. I know you fold the ring in half... but then what? Or have I got it wrong and its someone else?
