I live in Canada and I order from these reliable folks. It is cheaper for me here, as our dollar exchange works in my favour. Convert the cost plus mail to US dollars and you will see that you will actually be ahead!

Hi Krystledawne. I could not recommend more highly the fantastic service and attitude of Vickie and her staff at Crochet Australia. They are so reliable and helpful and I am sure if you order from them then you would receive a fair price on shipping unlike some other stores.
I went up there when I visited Queensland in 2006 and found it a most wonderful place and wonderful staff. So I have continued to buy from them after returning home and have always found them reasonable in their shipping.
The person to ask though is MaureenL who should just about have shares in the place by now!!!!
You are so much better off buying from Aus than we are buying from the USA. If only we had more threads available to us here life would be so much better!!
Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks ladies. What I'm looking for is some more vareigated colors of the Dmc 80. I see it available overseas as "dentilles" but can't find it in the US.

Krystle, another place to try is newenglandneedlearts.com, and be-stitched.com. I've always had good luck finding variegated size 80 there. Get it while you can! DMC is slowly but surely discontinuing the variegated threads.

That's bad news. I really like DMC 80 and they do have some nice variegated ones. Sulky 12 is an okay substitute that I can buy localy, but it's not as good to tat with as DMC 80.
