I have a great recipe for salmon. It sounds weird when you read it, but it makes this amazing sweet and sour salmon, that is fabulous with rice. My mom came up with this.
1 part real maple syrup
1 part kraft zesty italian salad dressing, full fat kind tastes the best.
Salmon filet.
Make enough marinade to have at least 1 inch in the container. Marinade for 1 to 24 hours, flip sometimes to distribute marinade. Cook at 375 in marinade until salmon is flaky and cooked through. Serve with rice and veggies, also great chilled on top of salad, use extra marinade as dressing.
