Hi,
When I was in Denmark in September, Susanne introduced me to some biscuits/cookies that were just WAY too delicious.....
sadly there is no equivalent in Australia.
So...
I do not know what they are called but to describe them - they are a very very light, cookie that seems to have a lot of bicarbonate of soda in the recipe. They are wafer thin and lots of airholes,....to us Aussies a bit like a very thin, light butternut snap.
Sweet and a little nutty to taste.
I know it is not much of a description but does anyone think they might recognise these????
