Looking for Butterfly Bookvine pattern

I need this bookmark pattern to make for my niece for her birthday. It's from #16, KNOTS Tatting Newsletter, March 1997. The designer is Kimberly Donohue and it's called Butterfly Bookvine. I've only seen a picture of it. I would love to have the pattern, please. THANKS!!!

What about taking the Garden Path Bookmark pattern from Tatting Treats 3 and substituting butterflies for the flowers?? They are very similar pattern.
