My friend is getting married in June. So I tatted her a wedding hanky.
I have up loaded it to my album.....:flowers:

Her grandmother and her mother have been such good friends to me and my Mom over the years, that I wanted to do something special for her.

I used the same pattern from My wedding hanky.. although I could not find the book or pattern I used.. just dug out mine and counted off the stitches.
If someone recognizes which book it is from, please let me know.

I realize that I did not do a close-up of the detail of the edge.. so here it is.

I don't know where the pattern is from but your first two rows look to me like a basic hens and chicks pattern, then the last row look like all hens. Could this be what AKTatter would call a version of a brooder house pattern or do those have more chicks then hens? Either way I think it is just beautiful. I hope you have wrote down what you did just encase you don't locate the pattern for future reference. :flowers:

Beautiful - especially for a bride! Your closeness with her family is revealed in the intricacy of the design and in your fine tatting. I am sure she will treasure this. : ) Fox
