Tatted 3d Poppy?

Hey,

I have been trying to find a 3d poppy pattern for needle tatting. Anyone know of a pattern of a poppy or a flower that I can modify for it?

The expert in 3-D tatted flowers is Linda Davies. Her site is this: http://toptattyhead.blogspot.com You can check on the right hand side, scrolling down, she offers several free patterns. And she wrote a couple of books too. I have never tried any of them, and I am not sure there are poppies in particular, but her designs are great, so do check them out!

The Ring of Tatters newsletter (a year ago, I think) had a pattern for a red poppy with a black centre.

I have a 3D Californian poppy in my album. It is done with inverted tatting.
