Humble as it may be, here is my first pattern design. I wanted to make a small rabbit charm for necklaces for some of my rabbit breeder friends. Since we raise dwarfs, the ears are really tiny. If you wanted longer ears, you could just make the picots bigger.
I start with the tail because it's easier to hide the thread tails in the tail when you're done. =:)

I had thought about making earrings, but haven't done it yet. I need to figure out the right place to add a picot so that a jump ring can be added easily without making it hang lopsided.

It also would need to be starched significantly. Since the middle is open, it tends to be very flexible without the stiffening. I just haven't learned how to do the starch yet.
