Last year I contacted Sue Fuller and asked her about her pattern book "A Potpourri of Patterns by Susan K. Fuller". I asked her if she would consider republishing the book. I also told her that I was interested in her 1-ring chain tree pattern. (I also believe Heart's Desire, which I have tatted many times before, is in this book) Sue was kind enough to email me the tree pattern, but when our computer died earlier this year I lost it. (a lesson to be learned there for sure)

I sent her an email a week or so ago, using an address I found on one of the tatting sites, but haven't heard back from her.

I am looking to find out if anyone has her book and is willing to part with it. *stop laughing* I knew it was a long shot but I have to ask.

Susan is great...I contacted her about a angel pattern this past year as well and she sent it to me....she also said she was working on "reprinting her book" with diagrams and to go along with her classes better. I will send you her email by PM.

I love her "Heart's Desire" pattern. I hope that she makes a big announcement when her book is available, again.

I have recently discovered 'evernote', which is a software tool that stores your files in 'the cloud' and is accessible via internet (password protected) and works across platforms (mac,pc, mobile devices including blackberrys), so no fear of it being lost when your computer dies or is stolen. I use it for study, but have expanded it to organise other aspects of my life too. It is free and quite easy to use. I am storing my tatting patterns there now. Here is the first part of my review (there are 4 in total) http://mypaperlessphd.wordpress.com/2011/07/10/evernote-review/ (http://mypaperlessphd.wordpress.com/2011/07/10/evernote-review/) There are other free storage cloud tools too, like dropbox, and onenote. Have a look around as see what might suit, all are free and password secure. Hope that helps to keep your patterns safe :)
