haven' t heard of this in tatting. please explain and does it make things easier or just look better. (remember I only been tatting for a few weeks):blush:

I imagine that some people wax their thread after un-tatting some stitches, but I think a better thing to use is called "Thread Heaven", which doesn't coat the thread with something that will discolor it or make it weaker. "Thread Heaven" is sold in needle work shops for embroiderers, but it's good for tatting thread, too. (You know how embroiderers sometimes lick the threads to get them to go through the eye of a needle? Well Thread Heaven is designed to do that job better).

Thnks for the advice, i will search for it ...mee 2 got same problem with threads when tattong, esp. with needle
