You've got to see this to really understand. Any slack in the tension on my thread and it drops off of my short fingers! But with the little cut, it stays in place.

Realize that the last joint of my ring and middle finger are almost an inch short. Chop an inch off your two fingers and imagine what your thread would be able to do.

This is fantastic!! Not so many dropped threads!! I am thrilled!!

It all happened as I was procrastinating_____not really tatting on something different. But thinking about tatting. I did the finger ring ___well sort of___I can't leave anything alone. Mine is a thumb ring to hold my hook! You will see below.

Then I went so far as to approach a closet. There were a lot of big clothes needing a new home at Goodwill so I wouldn't be tempted to eat myself ...

I guess I am making a first blog post.

I clicked on blog and read all the way back to January 2010. [Some people have nothing pushing to do with their time] Meaning me of course. Besides, this is retirement isn't it!!

Anyway, I selected 3 more must try projects and read a little about a lot of you. Interesting stuff. [My it's almost time to eat again and the morning is gone.]
