Site Upgrades and Features

The following is a list of the upgrades and features installed for the site. This is mainly for me to keep a handle on everything I've got running and what I need to do next, but others may find it interesting as well.

2010 Jan 09 - added in the polls to the home page
2010 Jan 09 - added in a simple chat box
2010 Jan 09 - added in the CMS or forum home

2010 Jan 08 - reordered KNOTS posts

2010 Jan 07 - fixed the smilies
2010 Jan 07 - added nav bar link to KNOTS

2010 Jan 06 - reinstalled KNOTS Tatting Links
2010 Jan 06 - added new members today into what's happening box on forum home
2010 Jan 06 - added in top posters stats - available under the community tab

2010 Jan 02 - reinstalled Google Analytics
2010 Jan 02 - fixed up forum icons

2010 Jan 01 - auto-check the remember me box (mod)
2010 Jan 01 - sorted out advertising

2009 Dec 31 - sort out the blogs
2009 Dec 31 - vBulletin version 4.01 installation


And here is the list of things that I must get around to at some stage in a very loose interpretation of priority (highest and most likely first).

- submit to twitter and facebook (mods)
- individual forum icons
- add in articles for cms
- move announcements back to above threads
- new thread button on post viewing (mods)
- Education Degree in Postbit (mods) > will use this for tatting type
- fix post icons
- look at alternative header v2 (mods)
- change the header bar colours
- find better advertising
- find posts by user

The following software items do not yet have a current version available, but I am looking for them all the time as soon as there is one I'll be moving it to the previous section :)

- add all albums link
- user status messages
- twitter links in postbit
- facebook links in postbit
- linking blogs to other blog systems
- install default avatar (mods)
