If Fiona is referring to the Tatting Designers class run by Susan K Fuller, yes, it is an online class. It has an early session and a late session. I'm participating in it from Singapore. The late session is night-time (Tuesday) for those in the USA, but morning (Wednesday) for me!

Please go on. Practice will sure help. We all started on this way and forget the troubles we had in the beginning.

You're right to be pleased with yourself, there's nothing like finally getting something right! :)
Well done, Lilian!! Your joins will improve with practice. [TIP: Keep almost all your joining picots quite small; decorative ones can be any size you like.]
Thanks for the support ladies! I will look into the tatman and Karen Cabara :) And I'm looking forward to the next meet. Tatters are few and far between so it will be interesting :)
Enjoy your meeting with the other tatters! It's the funnest way to tat, I think.
I find YouTube so helpful, but sometimes it's the person showing, so I try someone else. Tatman is so easy to follow. Karen Cabrara is good also.
can't wait for this new Version 2, it is absolutely stunning. I love the browns.
Looking forward to your joining us, Lilian. There are many tatters who will help you.
Oh rubbish @bjulia_lacer! You're never to old! I'm tattooed an people ask me how I'm going to feel about them when I'm 80 and I tell them that i will feel awesome about them because they are rites of passage in my life. Thank you for commenting!
Glad you made it,,, Ditto on the pictures.....
This ring presently has limited applications in patterns. Progressing into the next row via a ring can be done using the Dora Young 'mock split ring' and the two shuttle split ring. What type of pattern would you be tatting? Mignonette?
