When I was a little girl I discovered my great-grandmother's tatting shuttles and immediately became curious. She had passed away years before I was born and no one else in the family knew how to tat so I would just occasionally take out the shuttles and stare at them. Fast forward some 40 years later and I finally found someone who knew how to tat and had time to teach me. Thanks Coretta!

I've tatted now for less than a year and - obviously - have so much to learn! But I love the art and enjoy working with various color-combinations and simple patterns that perfect technique. Probably joining InTatters right before the holidays wasn't the best idea, but I'm back online now and looking to grow my skills.
