This is Sharon's site, one of the first to have a "movie". You might want to bookmark her site because she is a font of knowledge and information.

this is a Japanese site that has a slow motion video. To the left on the page is the key, it is in Japanese except for ring, chain, and split ring. They will take you to the videos.

It is in Japanese, you can use one of the translation site to translate the site.
Babel fish does a good job with most of the words....
