Roses anyone?

I am new to this site and have been paging through the gallery in the hopes of finding a pattern for a realistic rose or rosebud. The 3D ones are pretty good, but I need something flat. I am in the process of making my daughter's wedding dress and told her I would tat at least some of the lace for it. So, if anyone has got anything good, I would appreciate your help. I have been tatting on and off for 30 years and know how to do mostly anything, so I'm not afraid to take on something difficult as long as it will look good. Thanks in advance!

    I am also fairly new to this site, and have found that you may get more responses if you post this in one of the forums instead of the blog. The Pattern Detective Forum would be a good place to post this. :)
