Making the Thread Dance

Bright and early Saturday morning, I am off to the IOLI convention to teach 3 classes of tatting for the whole week! I may have no voice when I finish, but I am sure it will be a blast!!!! And I have accepted a brand newbie to be in the class. I just couldn't say no.

I am teaching a clinic type class: bring your problems and we'll take a crack at it. And I am teaching a Free Form Class. I can't even imagine how that will turn out! It is smaller, so we will have the courage to do something WITHOUT A PATTERN!!!!

And Saturday for 3 hours, 15 of us will be making Hyperbolic ruffles. I fully expect some of my students to be dumbfounded how simple and repetitive it is.

My samples are ready and my paperwork is printed (ran out of ink in the middle of it, yikes!)
I have found that some of my favorite pieces have gone walkabout. I sure hope they turn up some time.

Now I just have to pack the suitcases and GO!!!! Yippee!
