Well hello to all.
I am new to this message blogging group and am very excited to share my latest project.
It was a beaded lanyard for my oldest dtr's favorite college professor.
When I showed her it in progress, she said "It looks just like her!"
that was a very good compliment.

    I love giving tatting as a gift. My son's teachers have been so excited to get handmade items, and they seem to treasure them (one was too scared to use her bookmark as she didn't want to 'wreck' it....I'm not sure how she reads books, but I'm pretty sure it's hard to wreck something made of knots!
    Do you have a photo of your work? it would be lovely to see.
