Every once in a while In Tatters hosts a tatting exchange.
All you need to do is watch the postings and then sign up when an exchange is advertised.
The registration form is usually very well organized stating the "rules" and when you must mail your item.
You can choose how many partners you want but if you're new to the exchanges, you might consider having fewer rather than more partners.
If you don't complete the exchange you won't be allowed to join another one until the previous one is completed.
