Update on the journey with rings

My second attempt was less than appealing to me. It was just difficult to look at after all of the work and not being happy with the center motif I tried a third ring and am much happier with the way that center piece looks in the ring. I'll attach a photo in my album when finished with this.
Then, as tatting life seems to twist for me, I detoured a little to try a snowflake that I admired. (I have two wip's to finish this weekend) Always, I love Jon Yusoff's patterns and would like to try all of her snowflakes but the one I am working on is Wally Sosa's Superbowl Sunday Birthday Snowflake and it really has been a workout. The current piece is in Lizbeth White size 20 and when it's completed I want to immediately make one in size 40 and then size 80 (if I can). In the midst of my lefty/righty challenge with the rings, this pattern appeared and I just had to give it a try. It was just the ticket for me this week.
