Pattern starts in the middle, traces through the grapes, and then up the stem to the leaf and vine part.
Some stitch counts seem a bit short in the grapes section. It looks like the “leaf” at the top would work best as a ring/thread and not ring/chain, but there are chains on both sides of it.
