Default Igne Oya - web course discussion thread

    Hello!

As promised in the blog, I'm making up this thread for discussing the web course. I'll put the lessons up in my blog on InTatters, but please ask your questions there.

    Hi Julia,
Are any of the lessons written in English?

Hi rsmre. They're lovely aren't they. See if you can download a translator for your computer from the net. My laptop seems to do it automatically. There seems to be 2 pics missing from the double knots page and the PDFs come up as broken links. I've sent a PM to Julia about this so she'll be in the know. I'm a bit technically challenged but if you can't find a translator programme I'm happy to upload and sent you the PDFs when the link is fixed when I find out how. hugs hon.

I would like to follow that too, but I don't know how to get my computer to translate the page and my computer knowledge is about as extensive as my German.

Don't worry - my link to the server broke down yesterday while uploading. I translated the entire course into English and I will publish a shortenend version of the English course on my InTatters blog. Don't worry about the German - I merely made it up for myself to have something to work a translation on.

Just catching up on the posts.

Hi Helen, I found the translator by right clicking my mouse. Funny thing, it's been there all the time, but I never noticed it before. :-D It's listed as Translate with Bing, and it does a great job, too.

Hi Julia, Thanks for the translation. I'll check it out later tonight.
