Easy Tatted Cross Variation © 2011 Rachael Mohler
Note this is a variation of my Easy Cross pattern with a change to the end of the arms of the cross that requires 2 shuttles. For this one I left the beginning 2 threads long- about 12 inches to start. I used Lizbeth 20 Vineyard Harvest on shuttle 1 and white on shuttle 2.

ch 5
Tie beginning and ending with an overhand knot, take two of the four threads in each hand. Twist the threads in the right hand away from you and the threads in the left hand towards you. As they get tight let them come together to form a rope and then tie another overhand knot at the end and trim 1/2 inch from the knot.
4-13-2011 This cross with 2 others won the first place ribbon at the Maricopa County Fair.
