    Attach Heart pattern

This is a heart I designed. I saw a similar item somewhere online with buttons, but was unable to locate a pattern to print or purchase, so I took a chance at making my own. I couldn't figure out the proportions between the tatting and the button, so I gave up and did the design around little motifs instead.

I haven't done diagrams like this before so if anyone sees any mistakes I have made please let me know and I'll do my best to correct them.

The three pink motifs are done first seperately. I started with the clover on top and joined each motif on the clover.

Model is tatted with #12 perle cotton and a size 7 tatting needle.

Great! Thanks for sharing. The diagram is very clear! My only suggestion is to add a name and some contact information so you can not only be credited, but also get shown if someone makes it

I did have my name on it before, but I have added my email. Thanks for the tip! I would *love* to see what others make with this pattern.

Hi! I am new to tatting and this forum, but I have made your little heart ( it is the first diagram I have been able to work out how to do on my own!! ) and it has turned out beautifully! I just wanted to let you know and to thank you for sharing it :)
