Default Looking for 5 pointed stars

I'm just learning how to tat, but I am collecting patterns for when I get better. I'm hoping for any jewelry, doilies, or just about anything with 5 pointed stars.

    Thanks!

Here's one from my favorite designer - http://tatsaway-patterns.blogspot.co...rple-star.html
And here from another great sitehttp://www.be-stitched.com/pattern0909star.asp

And I think that Christmas Angels and Other Tatting Patterns by Monica Hahn has one.

There are also a lot of 6 pointed snowflakes out there and another possibility is to tat them with only 5 points by adding a few extra stitches to the chain elements between the points making them stars......I did this with frivole's Regal Snowflake, converting it to a 5 point star and it turned out great.

Thanks, I was going to ask if there was a way to maybe alter a 6 pointed star to a 5 pointed one. I really like this Star of David one on one of the sites posted here, but I would love it to be 5. I might have to fiddle with it and see what I can do with it. I really like the ring structure of this one. http://tatting.wordpress.com/2011/09...vid-snowflake/

That one should work out fine with 5 points. I would be avoiding it... too many split rings for my taste.
