    What a beautiful and unique doily. The leaf effect is quite stunning. I haven't seen any thing like it before. Very restful colors.

    Your doily is worth a lot more than a picnic table. I don't have this book and don't remember seeing the pattern before. Are there some flowers in the original pattern, or did you add the flowers to the leaf pattern? Or did you embellish the perimeter with more flowers than the original called for? Whichever, it's magnificent.
