I'm the eldest of 4. When I got married and moved 700 miles away from home, I'm told that whenever something went wrong, I got the blame. Kind of reminds me of the ghostly "Ida Know" from the old Family Circle cartoon. She got the blame in a 4 kid household all the time.

    BattyTatter:

One of my new tatting students was using old/crisp crochet thread to learn to tat with. Watching her taking taking out work, I put Thread Heaven on her thread. The next week we were shopping for Thread Heaven for her.

I have also used it to tame a particularly twisty ball of Lizbeth with great success.

A friend of mine has two sons; and a daughter, that no one has ever seen, named "NotMe" -- and she is one baaad kid! :D

Thank you. Maybe I'll be able to find it when we are on holidays down in Washington.

I made a mistake that I noticed after I closed the ring, and the Thread Heaven made it easier to pull the thread back out. I was able to open it a bit, then opened a picot in the middle of the ring, and pulled from there. The TH made it slide nicely. I'm sold on it for sure now!

For Germany I've found it here:

They ship to EU and some non european countries but shipping costs are high then.
