The black outline really makes the hearts pop, Cheryl. That has to be my favorite one, as of now.

The black outline is really effective. Are you reducing the number or lengths of picots where the hearts join?

On the middle heart, I only put picots on the two bottom bumps. The only picots on the sides, of the middle heart, are for attaching. The one I'm working on currently will have a little more body and head with the ends of the wings attached to it.
