    Tat Daffodil Doily

    Learning-2012_06.jpg

I've been playing with tatting for about 6 weeks now and this is, by far, the biggest tatting project I've attempted. It's the Daffodil Doily from the 'Learn to Tat' book. Lizbeth #20, Ecru; continuous thread; front-side/back-side technique. Cheers,

    Bruce

Oooo, six weeks and doing bare threads like nobody's business. I STILL don't like those (or do them well) and I've been tatting 38 years!

Great work! I am right behind you on the third row! It's nice to see it finished and that the 4th row is the famous and historic Hens and Chicks.

    P. 41 of 'Learn to Tat' by Janette Baker. If you are doing the third round, be sure to look at my comments in my album before you finish the third round. You need to fudge the third round to make the fourth round fit!
