Any Shuttle Tatters/Teachers in Las Vegas?

I have a blog friend who very much wants to learn how to tat but she knows of no one near her (Las Vegas) who does any tatting. She'd really like to be taught by a real person. Any suggestions?

I'd offer, but its a half day train ride from where I live ... not all Angelenos go off to LV every weekend. I take it that you don't live near her. I think there are a couple of chapters of the IOLI International Old Lacers in Calif. Try to find the nearest chapter to Vegas and see if their membership includes someone in LV. I'll do a bit. Right now... this very week... IOLI's annual convention is in Minneapolis/StPaul. I'll see if I can find a map of chapters.
