Reverse picot?

I love this place! You keep learning new tricks and I love new tricks! Patty, I get the downward picot... but still trying to picture your paisley shape, how to twist the work to do the last ds... can you try to explain again? Would you take the loop off your hand to twist? Are the second lot of ds as normal or unflipped?
