It seems to be so famous, yet I can't find a way to buy it! Somewhere it says it is out of print, somewhere that one has to go to a certain geocities page to buy it (but geocities is dead...)

Well, as far as I know, Patti Duff is going to reprint the book sometime soon. I will try to get more details.

I was looking for the book and there was an e-mail on Georgia Seitz site for Patti:
patdtats@juno.com. I asked Patti about the book and she's planning on printing some more at the end of this year, so if you're interested, contact her, so she knows how much interest there is and you don't get left out :)
